Aromatherapy massage is massage therapy but with highly concentrated essential oils with the therapist using up to 5 oils based on you concerns eg – a de-stressing massage using lavender and bergamot oils. It is particularly suited to conditions involving stress or improving emotionally-related conditions.
Essential oils are used to there advantage in aromatherapy for there stimulation, relaxation, digestion improvement, and diuretic properties. |
